Returns and Refunds Policy

Contact us before returning material

Contact hello@researchgrade.io before sending any item back. An unauthorized return may be refused. Return instructions depend on the product, package condition, shipping facts, and applicable handling requirements.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments

Report visible transit damage, an incorrect item, a missing item, or a documentation mismatch promptly after delivery. Include the order number, package condition, label and lot information, and clear photographs when available. Preserve the product and packaging until review is complete.

Eligibility

Because chain of custody and material integrity cannot be re-established after certain products leave controlled possession, opened, used, altered, relabeled, temperature-compromised, or improperly stored material may be ineligible for return. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow the merchant to exclude.

Review and disposition

Research Grade Laboratories LLC will review the order, fulfillment record, carrier evidence, lot and label facts, and product condition. The available resolution may include replacement, account credit, refund, return authorization, or denial with an explanation. Do not destroy or return material unless instructed.

Refunds

An approved refund is issued to the original payment method when available. Financial institutions control final posting time. Shipping charges and third-party fees are refunded only when required by law or included in the approved resolution.

Order cancellation

A cancellation request is not guaranteed after fulfillment work begins. The merchant may cancel and refund an order when payment, inventory, eligibility, destination, documentation, fraud, or compliance review cannot be completed.
