Shipping Policy.
1. Packaging & handling
All Bacwater Kits products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) reference materials shipped at ambient temperature in sealed, labeled vials. No cold-chain or special handling is required under normal transit conditions.
2. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local business time) on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays are dispatched the next business day.
3. Delivery estimates
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days. Express shipping: 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
4. Documentation included
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot shipped and the corresponding GHS Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Digital copies are also available from your account dashboard.
5. Destination & compound restrictions
Certain compounds may be restricted by destination due to local regulations. Bacwater Kits reserves the right to decline shipment to any destination where we reasonably believe the order cannot be lawfully delivered. If your order is affected, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@bacwaterkits.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
