Terms of Sale & Research Use.

1. Scope & acceptance

These terms govern every purchase from Bacwater Kits. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Research-use-only restriction

All products sold by Bacwater Kits are sold strictly as research chemicals and reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo, clinical, diagnostic, cosmetic, or therapeutic application. No product is a drug, dietary supplement, food, or medical device, and no therapeutic, preventive, or diagnostic claims are made or implied.

By purchasing, the buyer affirms they are a qualified researcher or institution, are at least 21 years of age, and will use these materials exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. No therapeutic or diagnostic claims

Bacwater Kits makes no representation that any product is safe or effective for any purpose other than laboratory reference use. Product names, CAS numbers, lot IDs, and analytical values are provided for identification and research documentation only.

4. Buyer responsibility

The buyer accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and lawful disposal of all materials purchased from Bacwater Kits. The buyer shall comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the possession and use of these materials.

5. Misuse prohibited

Misuse of any product — including but not limited to human or animal administration, resale as a finished pharmaceutical, or misrepresentation of intended use — is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation, account termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

6. Order acceptance & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Bacwater Kits. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors do not obligate Bacwater Kits to fulfill an order at the incorrect price.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bacwater Kits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bacwater Kits is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
